The Marijuana Anti-Prohibition Project is the first and most active medical marijuana patients support group and marijuana law reform organization in the Inland Empire. A local organization based in your community, MAPP approached the Palm Springs City Council in 2008 with a plan for the city to open the first legal medical marijuana dispensaries in the Inland Empire as well participating in the 2014 successful collaboration with the Riverside County Board of Supervisors to develop a practical and realistic cultivation ordinance.

Since our first meeting in a small hemp shop in Desert Hot Springs in December 1999, the Marijuana Anti-Prohibition has been working to protect the rights of medical marijuana patients and to bring an end to marijuana prohibition.

Our expenses are minimal but they are not zero and we rely on the generosity of marijuana consumers and advocates such as yourself to fund our outreach programs to the general public and our lobbying efforts with local elected officials to strengthen and protect the rights of medical marijuana patients under Prop. 215 and California law.

We would sincerely appreciate your help in providing us with the financial resources to continue our work by making a one-time donation or by becoming a member of our 420 Club where each month $4.20 is automatically deducted from your credit card.

You might not have the time to participate in local activism, but for about 14 cents a day you can make MAPP’s work effective and decisive. $4.20 barely buys a cup of Starbuck’s coffee so buy us the equivalent of a cup of coffee once a month. It may not seem like a lot (and it isn’t) but it adds up and is instrumental in our continuing ability to be your advocate for medical marijuana and marijuana law reform in the Inland Empire.

If you like the work MAPP does – if you like the work I do on your behalf – then I would appreciate it if you could help us do even more. Below are two buttons – one for a one-time donation and one for the 420 Club. Whichever you chose to help us with, we are deeply and sincerely grateful.
